North Queensland Sweat Clinic is a physician and surgeon led clinic offering treatment for primary idiopathic hyperhidrosis (Abnormally excessive sweating involving the extremities, underarms and face, usually unrelated to body temperature or exercise, which is not secondary to medical disease) & axillary bromhidrosis (underarm odour).
We are now able to offer an initial bulk billed consultation (with a valid GP referral) to all patients to discuss options for treatment for sweat and odour reduction which include (but are not limited to) miraDry® for focal axillary and Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) for focal palmar, and Cranio-facial hyperhidrosis.

Dr Parul Nigam
Endocrinologist & Obstetric Medicine Physician
Parul completed her specialist training in Queensland (Townsville & Brisbane). Her special interests include Diabetes and Endocrine disorders during pregnancy, general obstetric medicine, thyroid and pituitary disorders. Parul’s research interests cover Diabetes and thyroid disorders in Pregnancy.
Dr Sumit Yadav
Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Dr Yadav obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2008 and has since performed more than 5000 cardiothoracic surgeries, including Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) for focal palmar, & Cranio-facial hyperhidrosis. Dr Yadav has a private practice at the Mater Hospital Pimlico and is the Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery at The Townsville Hospital.
